This is a claim in which the claimant states that as she was entering the Dubuque Law
Enforcement Center through the Iowa Street entrance, she tripped on an uneven portion of
the sidewalk, straining her right knee.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the
Iowa Communities Assurance Pool.
