16. 2019 Iowa DOT ICAAP Application for STREETS Improvements - Rescinding
Resolution and Resubmittal
City Manager recommending adoption of a resolution rescinding resolution 327-17,
which authorized filing the application for Iowa Department of Transportation Iowa
Clean Air Attainment Program (ICAAP), and resubmit to clarify in the grant application
the City's commitment to match local funding and the City's responsibility for
maintaining and operating the project for public use during the project's useful life.
