SUBJECT: Confirmation of Downtown Planning Committee Membership
Dear Mayor and City Council Members:
The Downtown Planning Committee is a committee of the Long Range Planning
Advisory Commission. Its membership includes representatives from several
organizations, including the Dubuque Area Chamber of Commerce.
With recent changes in Chamber leadership, the Long Range Planning Advisory
Commission would like to confirm the membership of the Downtown Planning
Committee.
By a unanimous vote, the Commission has approved the attached membership list for
the Committee. We ask that the City Council receive and file this list.

DOWNTOWN PLANNING COMMITTEE MEMBERSHIP
The Downtown Planning Committee is a committee of the City of Dubuque's Long
Range Planning Advisory Commission (LRPAC). The Committee meets the second
Tuesday of each month from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the City Hall Annex, 1300 Main
Street. All meetings are open to the public.
