Personal Injury
This is a claim in which the claimant states that as he was leaving the Diamond Jo Casino,
walking toward his car, he tripped on a fence and fell to the ground. The fence was laying
fiat on the ground and was apparently supposed to be a barricade surrounding
construction work in the area. Claimant was taken to Mercy Health Center by ambulance
for medical treatment.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the
Iowa Communities Assurance Pool.
