Increased Expenses
This is a claim in which the claimant states that due to the construction of the 3rd Street
Parking Ramp, the Julien Inn lost water service on December 11, 2001 and the phone
service was severed on December 13, 2001. This resulted in elevated water and
telephone bills.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the
Iowa Communities Assurance Pool.
