Vehicle Damage
This is a claim in which the claimant states that while claimant's vehicle was parked at
2339 Poplar Street, a City Sanitation truck driven by Thomas Thurston struck the vehicle.
Thurston was attempting to back up on Poplar in order to drive down the alley.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the
Iowa Communities Assurance Pool.
