This is a claim in which the claimant states that due to poor drainage design, storm sewer
and sewage backed up into her home during the heavy rainstorm of June 4, 2002, causing
total destruction of garage and basement contents.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the
Iowa Communities Assurance Pool.
