This is a claim in which the claimant states that Sanitation Driver Philip Schoenberger was
traveling west on Mathew John Drive, when the recycling truck he was driving slid on mud
in the street, striking claimant's parked 2000 Chevy S-10 Pick-up truck.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the
Iowa Communities Assurance Pool.
