Vehicle Damage
This is a claim in which the claimant states that after the driver of a Keyline minibus picked
up a passenger at 630 Greenfield Street, driver was attempting to tum around and backed
into claimant's 1994 Chevy Pick-up.
According to the report of Mark Munson, Transit Manager, he confirms that the Keyline
minibus driver was at fault, and was issued a ticket for improper backing.
It is therefore the recommendation of Mr. Munson to approve this claim in the amount of
$672.94. The Legal Department concurs with this recommendation.
