This is a claim in which claimant that the a City of Dubuque snowplow truck struck his
vehicle which was parked in front of his residence at 2762 Carlton Avenue.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the Iowa
Communities Assurance Pool.
