This is a claim in which claimant alleges that his basement sustained water damage due
to sanitary sewer maintenance being performed by City maintenance crew on the City
sewer main in the 2800 block of Washington Street.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the Iowa
Communities Assurance Pool.
