City Council, Special Session, August 27, 2002
Council met in special session at 4:10 p.m. at Four Mounds
Present: Council Members Buol, Cline, Connors, Markham, Michalski, Nicholson, City
Manager Michael Van Milligen, Corporation Counsel Barry Lindahl
Mayor Duggan absent at Roll Call but arrived at 4:40 p.m.
Mayor Pro-Tem Michalski read the call and stated this is a special session of the City Council
called for the purpose of conducting a goal setting session.
The City Council reviewed the previous year’s accomplishments and began to develop the
goals and priorities for the next eighteen months to two years.
There being no further business, upon motion meeting adjourned at 9:07 p.m.
