Created; Composition: There is hereby created an Environmental Stewardship Ad~Ssary Commission, which shall consist of seven (7) members, who shall all be residents of the City, and shall include a mem- ber representing those who will inherit the environment (a person between the ages of 16 and 20 at time of appointment), and six (6)' members who shall include representation from diverse sograen~s of the City's population.
