Final Acceptance
Dear Mayor & City Council:
Isaac Hanna, LLC has completed the construction of public sanitary sewer improvements
in Isaac Hanna Subdivision in accordance with Resolution No. 507-07 and hereby
requests a final inspection and acceptance of said improvements by the City of Dubuque.
I understand that Isaac Hanna, LLC will be responsible for maintenance of the
improvements for two years after the date of acceptance by City Council.
