Vehicle Damage
This is a claim in which the claimant states that as he was traveling north on Hwy. 151/61,
north of the Grandview overpass, the trailer home he was following passed over a
manhole cover, knocking it loose. Claimant avoided manhole, but hit the manhole cover,
damaging the axle, shocks and frame of vehicle.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the
Iowa Communities Assurance Pool.
