Dear Mayor Duggan:
I am writing this letter to inform you of my intentions to not seek reappointment to the
Environmental Stewardship Advisory Commission. My term expires October 2002. The
two years serving on the Commission for the citizen of Dubuque was rewarding. Due to
other commitments and interests, I will not seek reappointment.
It was a sincere pleasure to work with the other Commissioners and the very professional
and competent staff of the City of Dubuque.
