2. Peru Road Urban Renewal Area - Tax Increment Financing District Ordinance
City Manager recommending adoption of an ordinance approving the Tax Increment
Financing District for the Peru Road Urban Renewal Area created primarily for
economic development (commercial and industrial) and blight mitigation and
redevelopment of the soon -to -be -vacated Flexsteel manufacturing facility.
