Duggan and Members of the City Council September 6, 2002 Claim Against the City of Dubuque by Victoria Sawvell, for son Edc Sawvell Claimant Victoria Sawvell Date of Claim 09/05/02 Date of Loss 07/13/02 Nature of Claim Personal Injury This is a claim in which the claimant states that as her son, Edc was running to catch a Frisbee at Eagle Point Park, he ran into a sign resulting in a cut on his left temple that required ten stitches. This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the Iowa Communities Assurance Pool.
