This is a claim in which the claimant states that as she was unlocking the door to her
vehicle which was parked on Columbia Street, she stepped into a pothole and twisted her
ankle.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the
Iowa Communities Assurance Pool.
