This is a claim in which the claimant states that as her son, Kris slid down a sliding board
at Comiskey Park, he fell on some wood chips located at the bottom of the slide, and
broke his wrist.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the
Iowa Communities Assurance Pool.
