Vehicle Damage
This is a claim in which the claimant states that as she was traveling east on Old
Highway Road, attempting to turn left onto Seippel Road, a City of Dubuque Operations
& Maintenance employee driving a City Maintenance vehicle pulled out into the
intersection and struck claimant's vehicle.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the
Iowa Communities Assurance Pool.
