Following public hearing this date, the Dubuque County Board of Supervisors has adopted the
enclosed resolution, approving the Comprehensive Land Use Deveelopment Plan and Future
Land Use Development Map as proposed and adopted by the Zoning Commission.
We also received and filed the City's thoughtful comments and hope to work with you on land
use issues in the future, possibly by amendment to the Comprehensive Plan Map after public
hearings, and particularly thought future discussion of the Fringe Area Planning Agreement.
