referendum on gambling, I'm formally making the following request: As Co-Chair of the PAC
Committee, "Citizens Committed to Our Communities", we are asking the Dubuque City
Council to pass a resolution extolling the benefits to the Community of Dubuaue's two gambling
facilities and urging all Dubuquers to vote Yes-Yes on November 5th.
