Vehicle Damage
This is a claim in which claimant states that the passenger side mirror of his vehicle was
knocked off by a passing City of Dubuque refuse truck.
According to report of Paul Schultz, Solid Waste Management Supervisor, one of the City
Refuse Drivers did clip off a side mirror on Mr. Delaney's pickup truck while negotiating a
tight area for collection.
It is therefore the recommendation of Paul Schultz to approve this claim in the amount of
$139.21. The Legal Department concurs with this recommendation.

Claim of Michael F. Delaney
The claim and estimate is approved as filed.
One of our Refuse Drivers clipped off a side mirror on Mr. Delaney's
Pickup truck while negotiating a tight area for collection. The estimated cost of
replacement appears reasonable.
