AIRPORT COMMISSION MINUTES
Commissioner Daoud moved to approve the minutes of the October 27, 2008 Commission
meeting with the change that Steve Accinelli wasn't absent and the motion was seconded
by Commissioner Santillo. AYES: All. NAYS: None.
OLD BUSINESS:
01. REVIEW STATISTICS
Various items were discussed.
NEW BUSINESS:
02. COTTINGHAM & BUTLER INSURANCE LEASE RESOLUTION
Commissioner Daoud made a motion to open the public hearing for the Cottingham
& Butler lease. Commissioner Santillo seconded the motion.
AYES: All. NAYS: None.
After discussion of the lease, Commissioner Daoud motioned to close the public
hearing and Commissioner Santillo seconded the motion.
AYES: All. NAYS: None.
Commissioner Daoud made a motion to approve Resolution No. A800-2-2008 for
the proposed lease with Cottingham & Butler Insurance, Inc. AYES: All. NAYS:
None.

03. AIP/PFC FUNDED PROJECTS
Current AIP projects were discussed considering the FAA time table. AIP projects
are due in January to the FAA.
04. CORRESPONDENCE
After discussion, it was the consensus of the Commission members to receive
future Airport Commission packets by a-mail.

NEXT COMMISSION MEETING:
The next scheduled Commission meeting is December 22, 2008 at 4:00 p.m.
Commissioner Daoud moved to adjourn and this motion was seconded by Commissioner
Santillo. AYES: All. NAYS: None.
