MEMBERS PRESENT: AI Vincent, Jennifer Tigges, Sr. Carol Hoverman, Pauline Maloney.
MEMBERS ABSENT: Burton Everist. George Herrig. One seat is vacant on the Commission.
OTHERS PRESENT: Jim Barefoot, Mediacom
Craig Nowack, City of Dubuque
Sr. Hoverman called the meeting to order at 4:15 p.m.
Acceptance of the Agenda
Upon a motion by Ms. Tigges, seconded by Ms. Maloney, the agenda was accepted as published
unanimously.
Access Equipment & Expenditures
Request for funding from Mediacom. Mr. Nowack and Mr. Barefoot presented a request for $1249 to
wire the Cablecast server to the router in the public access control room. The request also included
funding for a DVD player to provide a source of audio for the Carousel graphics bulletin board.
Ms. Tigges moved to approve up to $1300 for this request. The motion was seconded by Mr. Vincent
and approved unanimously.
Adjournment
Upon a motion by Ms. Maloney, seconded by Mr. Vincent, the meeting was adjourned at 4:27 p.m.
