SUBJECT: Dubuque Property Management, LLC
Acceptance of Grant of Easement for Sanitary Sewer
INTRODUCTION
The purpose of this memorandum is to present a resolution accepting the Grant of
Easement for Sanitary Sewer between Van Buren Avenue and University Avenue.
DISCUSSION
In order to develop Lots 8 and 9 of Lenox Addition along University Avenue, a public
sanitary sewer needs to be constructed from Beverly Avenue. Buesing & Associates
has prepared construction drawings for the sewer which have been reviewed and
approved by City Engineering. Since this sewer crosses private property, a 20-foot
wide easement was obtained from the developer, Dubuque Property Management, LLC.
RECOMMENDATION
I recommend that the City accept the Grant of Easement for Sanitary Sewer from
Dubuque Property Management, LLC.
