The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. by Jack Papin, and announced that it was
being conducted in accordance with Iowa Open Meetings Law. Order of business was as
follows:
Minutes of last meeting were read and motion made by Harlan Willenborg to accept
as read, seconded by Stan Gonner, approved by all members present.
2. Practical test was given to Jason Zeal, but he failed to pass.
The Board made a motion to allow Harlan Willenborg to complete the medical gas
installation on Bryant Street. He has done several jobs in the past and was
inspected by the Fire Dept. and a third party without any associated problems; but
all future medical jobs must be installed per Chapter 13 of the 2000 UPC. Motion
made by Jack Papin, seconded by Start Gonner.
Motion to adjourn at 8:00 PM. made by Jack Papin, seconded by Harlan Willenborg.
