This is a claim in which claimant alleges that claimant's vehicle which was parked in the
parking lot at 3520 Pennsylvania Avenue was struck by a City of Dubuque police squad
car.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the Iowa
Communities Assurance Pool.
