This is a claim in which claimant alleges that as she was walking with her one year old
son in front of 1640 Main Street, she slipped and fell on an icy patch and injured herself.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the Iowa
Communities Assurance Pool.
