Vehicle Damage
This is a claim in which the claimant states that while her vehicle was parked in front of
708 Ries Street, a City of Dubuque Sanitation truck was backing down Ries Street and
struck the driver's side of the vehicle.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the
Iowa Communities Assurance Pool.
