Koch, Public Works Director SUBJECT:Concrete Repairs on Kerper Boulevard and North Grandview INTRODUCTION The enclosed resolutions authorize the public bidding procedure for concrete paving repairs on Kerper Boulevard and on North Grandview. DISCUSSION The proposed project involves replacement of existing deteriorated concrete on Kerper Boulevard from 9th Street to 12th Street and on North Grandview from Bennett Street to West 3rd Street. This amount of concrete repairs exceeds the capacity of the Operations and Maintenance Department. Therefore, funds have been appropriated annually in the Capital Improvement Budget for hiring contractors to do such large maintenance projects.
