PROCEEDINGS
The Governing Board of the Municipal Housing Agency met at 6:25 p.m. on March 9,
2009 in the Historic Federal Building
Present: Chairperson Buol, Board Members Braig, Connors, Jones, Lynch, Resnick,
Voetberg, Plein
Mayor Buol read the call and stated this is a session of the Governing Board of the
Municipal Housing Agency called for the purpose of discussing the Fiscal Year 2010
operating budget for the Assisted Housing Programs of the Housing and Community
Development Department.
Motion by Plein to receive and file the documents and adopt Resolution No. 88-09
Approving the Fiscal Year 2010 Operating Budget for the Assisted Housing Programs of
the Housing and Community Development Department. Seconded by Jones. Motion
carried 8-0.
There begin no further business, upon motion the Governing Board adjourned at 6:28
p.m.
