Electrical Code Ordinance City Manager recommending approval of replacing the existing Chapter 18 of the City of Dubuque Code of Ordinances with the latest edition of the National Electrical Code published by the National Fire Protection Association, including Section 83-2(f) which is different from the recommendation of the Electrical Code Board. .
