This is a claim in which the claimant states that as a Keyline Mini Bus driver pulled
under Dubuque Internal Medicine's canopy located at 1515 Delhi Street, the bus hit the
underside of the canopy, damaging the structure, the drywall and a light fixture.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the
Iowa Communities Assurance Pool.
