This is a claim in which claimant states that while her vehicle was parked near 1303
Delhi Street, a Keyline bus struck her vehicle.
According to the report of Mark Munson, Transit Manager, a Transit employee was ddving
City bus ~2567 on October 14, 2002, which struck the mirror on the Paradiso vehicle.
It is therefore the recommendation of Mark Munson to approve this,claim in the amount of
$223.98. The Legal Department concurs with this recommendation.

Please find attached a copy of the auto Liability Claim Report regarding the
incident on Delhi Street on 10/14/02.
City bus # 2567, driven by Mark Lansing was traveling on Delhi at approximately
11:00 am on the above mentioned d~te. Mark hit mirror on the Paradi$o vehicle,
stopped, put a note on the vehicle stating that he did hit the mirror.
I am requesting payment to Mr. Paradlso in the amount of $223.98, which is the
amount of the claim.
