Port of Dubuque Land Sale
Proof of publication on notice of hearing to consider the sale of property in the Port of
Dubuque to Dubuque Initiatives and City Manager recommending approval.
RESOLUTION Determining that the proposal of Dubuque Initiatives to purchase the
Dubuque Hardwods property is in compliance with the terms of the offering for the
disposition of the Dubuque Hardwoods property in the City of Dubuque, Dubuque
County, Iowa
RESOLUTION Accepting the proposal of Dubuque Initiatives for the pumhase and
development of the Dubuque Hardwoods property in the City of Dubuque, Iowa, and
approving the offer to buy real estate and acceptance for the property
Suggested Disposition: Receive and File; Adopt Resolutions
This notice is given pursuant to Chapter 21, Code of Iowa, 2001, and applicable
local regulations of the City of Dubuque, Iowa and/or governmental body holding
the meeting.
