Vehicle Damage
This is a claim in which the claimant states that while his vehicle was parked near the
intersection of Highland Place and Arlington Street, the vehicle was struck and
damaged by a City of Dubuque dump truck.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the
Iowa Communities Assurance Pool.
