Dear Walt,
It is with deep regret that I must send this letter. Please inform the other members
on the advisory board that I must resign from my position as a board member. Events
have taken place that make it impossible, for the moment, to dedicate the time needed to
be an effective memeber on the advisory board.
I have enjoyed my years on the advisory board and hope to return at some latter
date if possible.
