Congratulations! The Iowa Department of Economic Development intends to award the City of Dubuque, on
behalf of Dubuque Main Street, Ltd., a Community Development Fund grant for the above named project in
the amount of $25,000.
The IDED staff offers the following recommendation(s) for the success of your project:
· Downtown Dubuque Master Plan wilt include deliverable strategies for land use, rnarket[ng
strategies, traffic and parking plans, housing, business development, and growth management.
· The plan must not be redundant of work already accomplished in previous planning efforts,
Final report isin a format to be used as a model for downtown redevelopment,
· Strategies must be measurable and sustainable.
