2. NOTICES OF CLAIMS/SUITS -- Judith and Gerald Cottrelt in amount of $250,000
for personal injuries; Penny A. Gronen in amount of $107.74 for car damages;
Lois M. Wubben in amount of $61.80 for car damages.
Correspondence from Allan J. Becker to acquire property located in downtown
