I am interested to see [fi could acquire a portion of property in accordance with the City
oflYabuque vacating procedures. I have spoken with Ron Turner at the City Engineer's Office
while getting permission / approvals on the start of construction and was g'wen a preliminary
indication that the vacating is favorable. The property is located in downtown Dubuque on
Kerper Blvd., Lot #2 of Bradley Place, between Coca-Cola and Bradley Iron works.
The section of prope~ that I am interested in includes Kerper Blvd. which [ Umlersmnd '
the City owns. The reason for vacating it would be for ownership of driveways and prop~tie~ to
our establishment.
