Present: Mayor Duggan, Council Members Buol, Cline, Markham, Michalski, Nicholson, Robbins,
City Manager Michael Van Milligen, Corporation Counsel Barry Lindahl.
Mayor Duggan read the call and stated this is the Regular Session of the City Councit called for the
purpose to act upon such business which may properly come before the Council.
Invocation was given by Father Mike Hutchins, President of Divine Word Seminary.
Mayor Duggan swore in the newly elected Council: Council Member At Large: Ann Michalski;
Council Member Second Ward: Roy Buol; and Council Member Fourth Ward: Patricia Cline. (Let
the record show that each individual had executed a written oath of office prior to January 1,2000.
Mayor Duggan swore in Dan Nicholson as Mayor Pro-Tem.
Proclamation: January 16, 2000 as "Martin Luther King, Jr., Day" received by Ernestine Maas.
