Ladies and Gentlemen:
The Dubuque Golf & Country Club requests permission to display
fireworks on Saturday, July 4, 2009 at about 9:30 p.m. on the Dubuque Golf
& Country Club grounds, near the pond in the middle of the golf course. The
rain date for the display would be Sunday, July 5, 2009. Responsible persons
will supervise the display.
