Dear Mayor and Council,
It is with deep regret that I ask you to accept my resignation as Commissioner and
Chairman for the City of Dubuque's Civil Service Commission. This has been a very
hard decision on my part, but for personal reasons I feel it is appropriate to do so at this
time.
My year on the commission has been challenging and rewarding at the same time. I
thank you for the opportunity to serve you and the city, and hope that you will find a
person to fill my vacancy quickly.
