I am interested to see if I coutd acquire a portion of property in accordiance with the City of
Dubuque vacating procedures. I have spoken with Ron Turner at the City El~'leer's office to
have the area checked for sewer ~ and was given a prelimnary ~ that the
~ is favorable, The property is located in the Maple Leaf addition two, from Louella In. to
Florance: It is known as Louise tn. lhis property is Lmdeveloped~

understand tile city owns. 3~e reason fof vacating it would befor furlfler developmer~ of my
p~oerty.
If ~s is possible, I will work closley wi-Iff the City Engineer's Office to obtain the written consent
of lhe abutting property owners. I have spoken w~h the property owners and ~3ey wish to
