Vehicle Damage
This is a claim in which claimant alleges that as claimant's vehicle was traveling
westbound down Brunskill Road, it slid into a City of Dubuque police squad car which
was traveling eastbound, up Brunskill Road, but was stopped due to the snow and ice
conditions.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the Iowa
Communities Assurance Pool.
