I am writing to ask your approval to use city property to have a Fireworks Display on June 6,
2009 in celebration of our 25th anniversary of Racing at Dubuque Greyhound Park. We have
submitted our application, as well as a diagram of the prospective location for launching them.
The Fireworks display is being coordinated by Flashing Thunder from Mitchell, Iowa. This is
the same company that coordinates the annual July 4th Jaycee's Display.
