Property Damage
This is a claim in which the claimant states that due to the redesign and reconstruction
of the curbing outside of Welu Printing Company located at 1685 Central Avenue, fil~s,
equipment and light fixtures were damaged after a heavy rainfall which leaked into the
building.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the
Iowa Communities Assurance Pool.
