Nature of Claim
Vehicle Damage
This is a claim in which claimant states that as she was attempting to pass a City truck,
she was forced into the median on Dodge Street due to same City truck attempting to
pass vehicle in front of it.
According to the report of Paul Schultz, Solid Waste Management Supervisor, Solid Waste
Management crew started to pass the vehicle in front of it before crew observed claimant's
vehicle (behind crew's truck) attempting to pass crew's truck. Claimant's vehicle was then
observed going into the median strip behind crew's vehicle.
It is therefore the recommendation of Mr. Schultz to approve this claim in the amount of
$108.69. The Legal Department concurs with this recommendation.
